The plugin supports all established carriers for e-commerce services in the Nordic countries, including all extensions. This means you can choose the transportation that best suits your company.
When the transport is booked, you can easily print shipping labels directly from WooCommerce. The shipping labels are also saved in WooCommerce so you can access your shipping labels later if needed.
When a transport is booked, a tracking number is also created automatically. Through the "Track & Trace" function, you can then easily track the parcel at the touch of a button.
The customer can print a return label by clicking a link ("link-to-print") or you can include a return label to the customer with your shipment.
The plugin supports several shipping zones, which means that you can have different carriers or prices for e.g. time of day, postcode, countries, customer groups, Multishop and more.

After placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation with a tracking link and can easily follow the parcel all the way. The tracking link is also saved in their shop account.
If the carrier supports SMS notifications, the customer receives an SMS when the parcel has arrived at the delivery point ready to be collected. Smooth and appreciated!
If, for any reason, the customer wants to return the product, they can print a return label themselves via "link-to-print" or use the return label you included in the shipment.

Yes, all data and associated information regarding a shipment is saved under the customer's order in WooCommerce after booking the shipment, e.g shipping labels and tracking number.
No, it is not included. If you don’t already have an order connection, we will order one for you when you buy the plugin. You then pay SEK 0 in start-up fee for the order connection. Contact Unifaun for questions regarding the monthly cost.
We charge per installation. This means that you can run a multishop (one installation of the shop system but with different domains) and only need one license. However, if you run several separate web shops (several installations and domains), you need several licenses. If so, we can of course, offer you a discounted price.
No, installation of the plugin is not included in the price. The plugin is installed according to WooCommerce standards. If you need help with the installation please contact us or purchase installation support directly in our webshop.
You get 365 days free updates with your purchase. If a new version of the module is released within that time, you are welcome to contact us to get access to the latest version. The module does not stop working after 365 days so you are welcome to continue using the version you have. We do recommend you always have the latest version so we offer another year of updates for half price of the original cost of the module.
